ROKON SMALL FRN-5 DOUBLE CLASSIC

Rokon Small series ovens offer 5-tray options for narrow spaces, while the Plus version with additional middle deck offers a stonebased option. In the Double version, with the option of 2 x 5 trays, products requiring a different cooking atmosphere can be baked, while in some cases, energy savings among users whose production volume decreases. ELITE AND CLASSIC models introduce different design options while cooking performance remains same. It provides product with desired features with less energy through its specially designed resistance and air circulation system. Special recipes which were prepared in similar machine can be transferred into machine which were delivered as Standard over machine by USB support. Touch operated panel provides a coloured touch operated capacitive display which provides easiness for creating recipe and adjustment easily by touch operated panel option. In addition, it is also available for our customers to bake at 4 different phases by the help of process control system available with the oven.
